RETURNS
We will gladly accept returned merchandise within 14 days of the purchase date. The return must be accompanied by a receipt and in its original condition, including original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tagging. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
Please allow for 3-5 business days for returns to be fully processed.
Custom orders, monogrammed merchandise, down products, and sale items do not qualify for returns.

SHIPPING
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be received and for the fulfillment process to begin. Your order should ship within 2-3 business days and can take up to a week to be delivered if you selected the standard shipping option. We are happy to offer complimentary shipping for online orders over $150.
